Craig (driver) and Jill (front seat passenger) and 3 children (rear seat passengers) were driving on a main road in the Wollongong area, when an oncoming car veered across the road into the Croxton car which was forced into another car on the left. The second impact caused Jill's head to hit the front passenger car door, and she died of her injuries in hospital the next day.
