2. Obituary in Grenfell Record, 23 Jul 1931, page 3:
We regret to record the death on Monday last of Mr William Graham, who passed away in the Grenfell Hospital after a long illness. Deceased, who was 73 [actually 74] years of age, was a member of one of the pioneer families of the district, being a son of the late Mr William Graham, who settled on the Quandong in the early days of Grenfell, and was one of the first settlers to grow wheat. The late Mr Graham some years ago sold his snug little property and went to reside with his daughter (Mrs Hampton). His wife (who was a Miss Stimpson [actually Stimson]) predeceased him many years ago.
A family of three sons and four daughters survive. Messrs Ernest and George (Grenfell) and Les (Sydney). The daughters are Mesdames Hampton, Jos. Hall, Herb. Hall and Barker.
His brothers, Messrs Hammond, Robert, John, James, [also Joseph not shown], David and George, and sisters, Mesdames Alan Shaw and W. Fraser, survive.

3. Notice in Forbes Advocate, 24 Jul 1931, page 4:
Passed away at the Grenfell District Hospital last Monday, Mr Wm Graham, an old resident of the district, aged 73. A family of three sons and four daughters survive.
4. Return Thanks in Grenfell Record, 30 Jul 1931, page 2:
The family of the late William Graham desire to thank relatives and friends for floral tributes, cards and kind expressions of sympathy in the loss of their beloved father. Also specially thank the Matron and Nursing Staff of Grenfell District Hospital, Dr Ercole and Rev. Cooke.
5. Obituary in Grenfell Record, 13 Aug 1931, page 2:
With the passing away recently of Mr William Graham a link is broken of the widely known and well respected Graham family of Quandong, a family of eight brothers and two sisters, whose ages range between the 40's to 70's [actually 50s to 70s]. As many may not know it might be interesting to state that Mr Graham, along with his father and Mr J Nealon (now all deceased), were the flrst men to do wheat farming in this district on the Quandong fifty years ago or so [this was ca 1870, when WG Jnr would have been only 12]. Mr Graham also followed the gold mining industry at various centres, and with his other brothers won a fair quantity of this precious metal. There were some rich mines on the Quandong when that area first opened.
In his younger days he was a very good worker for the Church of England, and also a good churchman, walking perhaps three or four miles in all weathers to attend the services. This was before the present Church of England was built. He experienced the ups and downs of life of early Grenfell, suffering some big losses at times. Only a short time back he had eight beautiful big stacks of hay burnt in a yard at his 'Evadale' home that were uninsured.
The late Mr W. B. Howarth, father of Messrs. Howarth Bros, of the 'Grenfell Record,' was a neighbour for years of the Graham family. At present Mr W. H. Fisher has a fine residence on the spot where once stood the old homestead on Quandong of the Graham family.
Mr Graham was scarcely if ever troubled with a days sickness up to the time of his demise. — Contributed.9,10,11,12

— Contributed.8,9,10,11

— Contributed.16,17,18,19
